When law enforcement take certain action against a private citizen, it must do so pursuant to the constraints of our Constitution.  Having been part of a team that defended law enforcement officers for seven (7) years in these sort of civil actions as In-House Counsel for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department, Scott has a unique perspective when assessing and identifying appropriate claims on behalf of his clients.  Not only does Scott have a unique perspective, he also has a game plan when it comes to making the most of his client’s claims.
